Horrible new car purchase experiance! After purchasing 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 6 years apparently being a loyal return customer isn't what this dealership is about anym After purchasing 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 6 years apparently being a loyal return customer isn't what this dealership is about anymore. had numerous issues with sales staff and also had issues with finance paperwork which was address with salesman and basically told we were a liar and that we were told about a $1400.00 fee that was supposed to be "INCLUDED" in all new cars came with it . We have made numerous attempts to address our concerns with the GM and finance dept. through email and voice mail, no response what a way to treat LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMERS! More

Horrible, do not purchase a vehicle from here. I purchased a $21,000 truck from here on a very cold and rainy evening. Sales Manager told me if I have any issues since it wasn’t a good evening to l I purchased a $21,000 truck from here on a very cold and rainy evening. Sales Manager told me if I have any issues since it wasn’t a good evening to look it over well, I could just bring it back. Once I got home and realized they sold me a vehicle that the AC didn’t work on and it had several door dings, I told them I just didn’t want the the truck. They proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t take it back, but could put me in another vehicle which after my experience I didn’t want another vehicle from this establishment. Then I called and talked with Luis Bermea about my issues and he thought he had hung the phone but didn’t. You would think he would be concerned with his unhappy customer, but he wasn’t at all. I listened to Luis talk crap about me to my sales associate for almost ten minutes. I will never do business here again and definitely don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It is making me choose at least one star, but the rating should be negative 10 stars. More

Quick, Quick, Quick! This is probably the best dealership I have been to. Bought a 2015 Tacoma and they had me through the whole buy process in about an hour. I came back two days later to get the alignment correct and they had it fixed quickly. The sales and finance people are friendly and fair. I recommend based on my pre-owned buying experience. More

You're important on only 1 condition In Sep of 2015 I purchased a new car. Happy with it, satisfied, great customer service. Fast forward to now. At the beginning of this month we traded In Sep of 2015 I purchased a new car. Happy with it, satisfied, great customer service. Fast forward to now. At the beginning of this month we traded in my Corolla at Southwest Mitsubishi (great place) who informed us that since we were trading in a car that was still within the 6 year contract that we could get a partial refund of our Gap insurance. Sounds great but then I think back to when I got my Corolla and how no one ever seemed to mention I could've got a refund on my gap insurance I had at that time. Don't sweat the small stuff I tell myself. So I finally get the letter saying that the loan has been paid in full. Yay! So I call Friday afternoon to speak with someone in financing to make sure I have the correct forms, and how late I could come since I live over an hour away. No answer, left a voicemail. Saturday rolls around and still no return call. So my husband and I arrange for someone to keep the kids because a dealership is no place for a baby and an easily bored 9 yr old. So we let them know we want to speak to someone in finance and they come back and say "it's gonna be a wait but you can mail your stuff". We tell them that we don't feel comfortable mailing originals so we'll wait. Then another salesman comes to tell us that it would be a really long wait and probably wouldn't be able to see anybody today. So I tell them that I called and no one called me back. So he makes a copy of my stuff and takes down my name, #, & email. Now it's Tuesday morning and I still haven't heard from anyone. Had I left a voicemail saying, "I'm interested in buying a car" I know I would've received a call back or gotten in pretty quickly. I'm not saying that they aren't busy but they seem to only want to make time for those who will bring them money. 2 minutes to make a simple call is all I ask. So if you don't plan on buying don't expect a call back. More
