I am truly sorry that your experience was not a good one. If you are still having issues with your vehicle after a repair was made, then please bring the vehicle back for the service department to inspect. If there is an issue that is still present or a new issue, we would like to have an opportunity to fix it. Our sincerest apologizes if there was anything left undone after your repair, please bring the vehicle back so that the service department can reinspect that and correct any mistake. Since you purchased an extended warranty and choose to protect your investment, please give the service department an opportunity to utilize it and do right by you. We certainly don't want to give anyone the wrong impression, especially not your family nor yourself. I can assure you that even now that the name on the building and the ownership have changed, we still have the same staff and the same values as it has always been even before the Shottenkirk era. Please feel free to contact the Service Manager to discuss the visit, concerns you may have, or set up an appointment to bring in the vehicle.

To begin with, I am truly sorry that your service visit didn't go well with us during your last visit. The dealership has changed ownership and become Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford. It is the same location and the same staff, although some of our family here has parted ways for one reason or another. We have not changed the way we do business or our values when comes to taking care of our customers, regardless of weather they are new to us or have been loyal for years. That being said, I want to personally apologize for any of my staff that was rude to you. That is unacceptable and will be addressed, you have my word. I would very much like to speak with you about your experience so that I can have a better idea of how to make any corrections. Also, currently our car wash is down for much needed repairs and unfortunately we have not been able to put any vehicles through our wash. We don't anticipate to have the wash down for for an extended period of time, but it is down for now.
