We spoke with Ziggy who verified the vehicle was available and set an appointment. That simple phone conversation was better than most our experiences at other Toyota dealerships. We arrived and were greeted by several salesman and immediately started working with Terry Ford. To sum up our experience with Terry: no pressure, no haggle, honest, knowledgeable and while talking to him he actually listened. I run a business and purchase a lot of Fleet vehicles, I also have a large family and have purchased a lot of vehicles for personal use as well...Terry delivered the easiest, most honest and smoothest transaction I’ve experienced, EVER! We also received the best price on the new vehicle and the best price on trade that we had received from any other dealership, but we didn’t have to sit there for hours haggling in frustration. We also visited other dealerships and even though they pretty much matched our original deal with Daniel and Morgan, we opted to return to Shottenkirk Toyota, solely because of these 2 people!!! Morgan was also amazing in being friendly and very helpful finalizing everything and showing us details in regard to operating our new vehicle. My truck had the wiring harness changed out because of rodents and they made repairs as needed working with my insurance w Excellent customer service. My truck had the wiring harness changed out because of rodents and they made repairs as needed working with my insurance while keeping me updated. The only negative issue was after picking my truck up from repairs. I dropped the truck off with 3/4 tank of gas and when picking it up the mileage was reading 4 miles to empty. I then turned around and drove right back to the service department and told them about the gas level and several personal items I found in my truck which didn't belong to me. More
