I miss the great customer service we used to have Unable to get the car in, I would have been able to have it picked up and delivered in the past; but now it took me days to find someone to take it in Unable to get the car in, I would have been able to have it picked up and delivered in the past; but now it took me days to find someone to take it in, wait on it and bring it home. Further, I requested an upgraded car wash, so the interior would be clean and spiffy. My friend had to request the interior to be redone, because it was not satisfactory, which made her have to wait an additional 45 minutes. The upgrade from the customary free drive-thru wash to having interior vacuumed and cleaned was $17.95. Since this dealership took over here, the ability to have body work done locally has also disappeared, sending me to their Granbury facility for it. I certainly miss the wonderful care ToyoTA provided under the Durant ownership, which was what led me originally to change from Nissan to Toyota. This dealership cuts corners to save money, I’m sure, but it has made me seek a different dealership for my future maintenance needs. More
Shady xxxxxxxx put the refund for my trade ins extended warranty into my deal without my knowledge. Then finance said they could get me 3.75% if I bought the extended warranty or 5.05% if I didn’t. Bryan and Morgan were incredible. Was the most painless experience I've ever had our heading a new vehicle. Bait and Switch Pricing They drew me in with the promise of a low price on a great vehicle. I drove 1.5 hours in traffic to get there. I test drove the vehicle. Finally got to the point that we did the financing and find out that they tack on a $2,000 mandatory "Shottenkirk Care" and a listing fee with the purchase of every vehicle. At least in my case, they would not budge. It was non-negotiable and was not optional. The manager said that he could not sell the car at the sales price, because he would lose money. So he had to get the add-ons. That's how they make up for the low prices he said. The low price was just "meat on a hook" as he said. The manager was surprisingly blunt. I told him other dealerships didn't operate that way, and I came in under the impression I could buy the car at one price, now you're telling me it's more than $2,000 more expensive. He made all kinds of justifications, but at the end of the day, they underpriced the car to draw me in. This is a bad business practice and should be illegal. Walk away! More

Then it took almost a month for the "Shottenkirk Care program" to reimburse me for 2/3 of the expenses it took to make the trip.... I would say this falls firmly on Service! Air and cabin Filter were filthy, and the Oil was also not in good shape. And I ended up having to go get it inspected for the plates....Very poor Service department in my opinion....I will tell friends and associates of this experience. More
Shottenkirk was a great experience. They helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs. The only concern I have is that the maintenance plan paper does not match exactly what we were promised but I hope to get vehicle that fit our needs.
