Outstanding! I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white sta I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white stains (old paint?) on the black leather passenger front seat and door. Kelly Cranford was the parts man I dealt with. I am disabled, wear a back brace and use a walker. Kelly offered to try and clean the paint for me using the leather cleaner I just bought. It was partly successful. Most of the paint was removed but it was still visible. I thanked Kelly and we went back inside. While at the parts counter a young man, Gerardo Olivares Jr, stopped and was listening to me and Kelly. He introduced himself as Junior and said he thought he could remove all the stains for me. I agreed to let him try and he said he would try and also wash my truck for me. A little while later my truck was ready. All the paint stains were gone and it was washed. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to help me. I am very grateful and I want their supervisors to know how they helped me. More

I messaged Weatherford Toyota and followed up in person later that day. There was miscommunication on what 4runner i was negotiating on but somehow it led to me making an offer on a completely different year and package and i couldn't be happier. David was exceptional, the sales manager was exceptional. They had to bring the car in from the Granbury Toyota so i was not able to get my car the same day but that was fine because they sent me home in another 4runner for the weekend. When i picked my car up Monday the steering was out of alignment and the service made it no problem to offer to fix it on the spot. I have nothing but good things to say especially after the miserable experience with the horrible sales manager in Granbury. More

As part of making the car ready for market, they r This dealership is awesome! They sold me a low mileage 2010 Toyota Camry LE at a fair market price. As part of making the car ready for market, they replaced the battery, did an alignment, oil change, and of course an inspection. They also detailed the car! Between the previous owner's care and the dealership, she looked almost new! In addition, they provided a 6 month power train warranty and a year's bumper to bumper warranty! I had no idea a dealership could be so generous when selling a used car! Although they spoke to me about purchasing the additional 3 year bumper to bumper and power train warranties, it was NOT a hard sell approach. I couldn't afford the bumper to bumper warranty, but I did take the power train warranty and the peace of mind that goes with it! What ever you do, check this dealership out first! And, happy hunting! One of girls at the dealership took special care of me. She introduced me to the car and adjusted my seat so that I could see properly (I'm 4'10")! That sealed the deal for me! I have never owned a Toyota before and I love driving this car. She handles well, has plenty of vroom, and comes with the gas mileage advantage afforded by a 2.5L engine! More
