Salesman Aaron Ball had everything ready for us to sign. Checking credit and approval was all completed. We did get assigned to a brand new finance person who was unfamiliar with the dealership’s processing Checking credit and approval was all completed. With credit approved and paperwork ready to sign it shouldn’t have been a 4 hour process but it was. I can see how it would take that much time had we just walked in off the street. Other than how much time it took to finalize and go home it was a very good. experience. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely consider Shottenkink again More
