Couldn’t get my scheduled maintenance done. They said it was an hour 1/2, but it was really 4-5 hrs, so I’m rescheduled. Frustrating that their phone people don’t understand what their maintenance requires! was an hour 1/2, but it was really 4-5 hrs, so I’m rescheduled. Frustrating that their phone people don’t understand what their maintenance requires!!! Thankfully the service person “Rochel” was very kind & assured me she would personally take care of me in the future!!! I would have been very angry had she not been so kind!!!! I had a service man “Andy” for 14+yrs, I never had problems then with Durant. Hopefully Rochel will be my new Andy with this company!!! More

I did call Weatherford on Monday, February 24th to get n appointment The service so far has been very good. They get me in and out in record time. Finally the service department answered in Granbury so I called again and the same thing happened. I waited a few minutes and called back and finally talked to someone else that transferred me to service at Weatherford. More
