If you shop used and online ahead of time like I do, beware of their “reconditioning fees.” We went to look at a specific vehicle listed online at a certain price, and then after sitting down to make a deal, an extra $3400 was slapped on for cosmetic repairs that were necessary to get this trade in to their selling standards. Probably also docked the person trading it in too if I’m guessing. Fine if you need to charge it, but include it in the listed price! We still bought the vehicle because it was what we wanted, but spent much more than planned. We thought we were coming in for a great deal and left with an “eh-I’ve been taken” feeling. I’ve bought 1/2 dozen used vehicles and this was by far the most sly and smooth talking establishment I’ve ever seen. Our finance guy had a skill for routing around some questions and making you think you were paying less for something than you actually were. He even seemed pretty irritated when we decided against a service contract a couple days later. My friend that accompanied me the day I went to remove said service contract thought he was quite rude and she urged me to complain about it, but I’m not about that. Our sales guys (Chandler and Trainee, Caleb) took great care of us and did everything they could to make us happy with the price, though. They were great! Only used the service department a bit, but they were so nice and got what I needed done much faster than anticipated and it was busy too! A+++ for those guys! We do love our new (to us) vehicle. We would just love it even more had we gotten the great deal we thought we found when we picked it out online. live and learn, right? :) More

5,000 miles I visited my dealer at 5,000 miles because my instrument panel stated "maintenance required-visit your dealer." Of course, I scheduled an appointment I visited my dealer at 5,000 miles because my instrument panel stated "maintenance required-visit your dealer." Of course, I scheduled an appointment for maintenance the following Saturday. They rotated my tires and topped off all my fluids, but did not change my oil because it isn't due until 10,000 miles. I would not have come in had I realized the oil did not need to be changed. When I asked why the maintenance required light came on at 5,000 miles, I was told it was basically "an alarm clock". We were only there for an hour and the young man who helped us was very polite. They also washed the car, which it needed. Just an FYI..........every 10,000 miles is acceptable for your oil change. More

Booking appointment was very bad. Could not find our Rav 4 in system even though purchased at this Toyota site, old owners and serviced by old owners excellent service staff!! Arrived for appointment no one in drive to greet you and guide you. Just sat in car until service person came out. Felt like cattle in a pen waiting for car to be returned. Paid bill got home and found front license plate frame broken and the plate mangled. Thanks a lot!! No popcorn no sodas machines boring TV. Better time at a Walmart Service center they keep better service records and remember you am when you come back. Receipt but no service report. Much less discussion on results. Much less highlighting that a cab we’d of cabin filt change at next service! More
