It was time for my 20,000 mile check up. The service department was ready for me when I arrived. I waited in the service area where coffee was available and comfortable chairs. WARNING STAY AWAY! I am 52 years old and have purchased at least 25 vehicles for my wife and four children. Shottenkirk of Weatherford is the worst dealership I ever been to. After quoting me a price on a vehicle they added a $1400.00 "Care package" to vehicle. At first they said they could not write down any of the numbers because it was their policy. After waiting 2 1/2 hours they finally emailed their numbers which included the $1400.00 "Care package". The salesmen Jesse Valle said that was a good deal because its normally $1900.00. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time. Barry Jr and Josh are terrible sales managers with terrible customers service skill.
