Loooonnnggg wait. Either my wife Becky or myself have been to your service center at least a dozen times and we’ve always had a good experience until my last trip. I arrived 15 minutes early and y’all took my truck right in. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited nearly 2 hours . When my truck was brought out to the front of the service center I assumed I would be leaving in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I found a fellow who had just driven another vehicle up front and asked why my truck was sitting here so long and I’m still waiting. He said he would get someone. A lady asked my name. She went lookin for my paperwork I guess and five more minutes later came back and apologized for the long wait. Altogether I was waiting for an oil change and tire rotation 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not acceptable under any conditions considering I arrived early. More
