Make sure they FIX the SUNROOF! They only thing negative I have to say is they didn't inspect the SUNROOF. They sold the truck as is.. They say they do a thorough inspection but they overlooked the SUNROOF and now I have to have it fixed. Even when I discovered that the SUNROOF wasn't working they said the saleslady said she would have the service department look at it before I leave. They didn't and wouldn't do to the fact that it was an older trade in and they were selling it AS-IS. I flew in from out of state to buy the truck and they wouldn't even look at the SUNROOF not even tell me what was wrong with it. The people were nice, they picked me up at the airport, financing went thru without any problems. They had the truck I wanted at the right price. I just wish they would have fixed the SUNROOF. More
My first visit for my tire repair took an hour just to be informed there was not one in stock. A little frustrating. Came back two days later for tire placement and was done in 30 minutes. Be careful buying a used car here. We came to the dealership ready to pay the advertised price online, only to be slapped with a $2k “mandatory” warranty at signing. We declined coverage (dings, dents, tires, etc), and were told that this care package could not be removed. If it’s mandatory, then this should be reflected somewhere on the sticker price, instead of luring customers in and taking advantage at signing. More

He were talking about O% interest,72 months, 3 months deferred payments. Mr. Ford tried to first present numbers with interest. When I questioned this, he said he didn’t’ realize I wanted the 0%interest. He did some recalculating and we eventually came to an agreement. However, when I signed the paperwork with finance, the 90 days no payment was not included. I didn’t say anything because I have no problem making the payment, however it was very deceptive and misleading to make an offer of special finance and then not follow through. More
