Dear valued customer, My name is Kurt and I am the Service Manager here at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford. I had the opportunity to read your review and wanted to first off thank you so much for coming in for service during these adjusted times and changes. I see that your visit wasn't great and for that, I apologize. We have transitioned to a new appointment setting company and have been utilizing this company since January of 2020. While there may be some areas of operation that still need to be refined, we have had much success with this system. Now, we still are able to make appointments through the service drive, but the main system does utilize our new company. We miss Blake also, we were sad to lose him, but he was offered a position at another store that gave him the ability to do great things for him and his family. You had stated that the price has doubled and I can tell you none of the prices have been doubled since Shottenkirk has been in Ownership. I'm not sure if maybe some discounts were applied to some of your past visits or perhaps you are a member of the preferred program that Durant offered, those prices differ for different services. Lastly, I saw that you mentioned the car wash wasn't favorable. I can tell you that we use the same carwash that Durant used seeing as it's here on the property. We did just have some much needed maintenance and repairs completed on it. If it's not washing well or at all then I will definitely get the company who did the repairs to come out and check it out. I fully understand your decision to look for another dealership, but I would ask of you to give us another chance to show we are still worth coming to. Thank you for your review and your time.

I wished it had been a better visit, but nevertheless, I treat any review as an opportunity to learn and become better. I remember speaking with you when you originally had your vehicle over at Toyota of Fort Worth or was it Toyota of Irving? Regardless, I do remember talking to you about the concern and repair. First of all, I wanted to say thank you again for giving us the opportunity to bring your vehicle back here to perform the repair. I'm glad to hear that Madison took care of you and kept up with the communication and updates. I do apologize that you felt that experience was unpleasant and I hope that maybe I can make that up. I really was under the impression that the other Toyota service center explained the repair and they should of, but if they didn't then shame on them. I did mention when we first spoke over the phone that the repair was extensive and required the cab to be removed from the frame. I'm very sorry and I should have elaborated more on the details. A cam cradle seal repair is very invasive and does require an abundance of work. I understand that we failed to clean up the any and all oil and coolant after repairs were complete. This is unacceptable and I can assure you that this will not go without repercussions. It was so bad that someone told you to even bring it back to have it re-inspected, now luckily there was no leaks present, but we don't subscribe to doing that level of work. As you stated in your review, it is just Lazy! Also, if the coolant was left low, how low was it? I would be very interested to know how low it was (did you possibly take a picture of the coolant level?) and if the vehicle overheated. Finally, the fact that the vehicle was not washed or cleaned up for you is beyond comprehension to me when we spoke about that over the phone the first time we talked. I'm beside myself and my department for letting that happen. At the end of the day, this falls totally on me and I am so sincerely sorry for all the mistakes that were made. I would like to extend a much necessary and promised full detail and also a full tank of gas, since I remember that you said that you aren't close to here. Please accept my apology and my offer and let me know when would be convenient for you to come by. Please feel free to call me or email me with anything. Thank you for your time.

Quality service offered, brought my vehicle in for 20,000 mile service. Oil and filter change and tire rotation. Service and 10/20,000 miles should be a tire balance and rotation. Not covered by Toyota Care. More
