Used cars customer service is HORRIBLE! First, our salesperson didn't care once we said the car and it wasn't a Toyota. Slouched during the test drive and didn't talk seemed like he didn't want to be salesperson didn't care once we said the car and it wasn't a Toyota. Slouched during the test drive and didn't talk seemed like he didn't want to be there. Only said they offer a great maintenance plan with purchase once I parked the car. Waited for the numbers. Got the paperwork saw they add their own Shottenkirk care package and recon fee on top of the price. I saw $3500 extra added on to the price. The used car wasn't a Toyota so I did NOT need their Shottenkirk care maintenance package for 2K for the year. The non Toyota car I wanted would have had maintenance done at a place that specializes in that car brand. Also the Recon fee was $1500? This is a first every seen at a dealership. From their website under the used cars (copy and paste): Disclaimer: Price excludes TT&L, Registration, Insurance & $150.00 dealer documentation fee. Any other fees or charges that are allowed or prescribed by law. *allowed or prescribed by law? I went to other dealerships before I started anything I asked if they did a maintenance care package and recon fee on top of the advertising cost their response (all five of them) You went to Shottenkirk? I would have bought the car if those two charges were not there. Found a car I'm happy with and didn't pay an additional $3,500 on top of the asking price. Shady business practice! Stay far away!!!! More
