Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tech identified poor west on my new tires I’d purchased elsewhere, a place that would rotate my tires for free. When I picked up my car, no charge for tire rotation “because it would have been free at the tire dealership.” Good and honest service today. Thanks. More

I was sent to this dealership to look at a QX 80 for my mother. My contact person was Kelly. Well, I was over looked by Kelly, and sent to another associate who was black.(Chris) "Yes, I'm black male." T mother. My contact person was Kelly. Well, I was over looked by Kelly, and sent to another associate who was black.(Chris) "Yes, I'm black male." The vehicle was not able to be located. Kelly was aware of our appt time and knew the vehicle in question. Ironic I waited over an hour as the guy searched for the vehicle. How do you have keys for a vehicle but the vehicle is M.I.A. Never judge a book my it cover. You never know who you turned away. By the way, I was paying in Cash. Professional Athlete. More

The communication between the salesman and the financial team here is awful. They told us we were good to go on info we provided; only needing paystubs emailed in the next few days. We signed the paperwork team here is awful. They told us we were good to go on info we provided; only needing paystubs emailed in the next few days. We signed the paperwork and left. A few days later they wouldn’t allow us to leave with the car and needed 4 more documents that they had not previously asked for. I feel like the sale was hurried and communication was sloppy. For future reference they should probably give people a CLEAR list of all the paperwork they need. More
