Scheduled a test drive, received a confirmation call from the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he the dealership the day before. Flew over 1000 miles to DFW and visited the dealership at my scheduled appointment time. The sales person stated he needed to go "speak to his manager and pull the vehicle around." He returned saying that the vehicle had been sold. I made it clear I was traveling to check out this vehicle and was not offered any opportunity to lock it in or otherwise ensure the vehicle would be available. This was a wasted trip and I am unable to convey how frustrating this situation is. Recommend looking elsewhere. More

The only issue was being a new customer, it was very hard to find where to go for the service department. I had never been to a service department that you drive thru. The signage wasn’t helpful.
