Shottenkirk Toyota responded to my review along with a phone number to call at my earliest convenience. Of course, it's a non working number, so they look like they made an attempt to remedy my complaints but I couldn't respond. This is my original review: I was pressured in to purchasing a 2021 Highlander. I had to purchase that day to get the end of the month "special" deal. I should have known better. Once I drove it home, that was on a Friday, I realized it didn't have the drivers side seat memory. So I took it back 2 days later, on a Monday, and was told it was already titled to me and now it was a used vehicle. To get the Limited model, I would lose about $10,000. That was a very expensive lessen I could not afford but since my husband is 6'4 and I'm 5'2, my drivers seat would always be messed up when he drove. If I'd have known how it would be a used vehicle now with less than 100 miles, I would have taken it home and sold it myself. Especially since there is a new car shortage, I could have sold it in one day. More
Ridiculous fees. Had a 2017 Tahoe for $43,974 on their website and the out the door price after $5k in ridiculous fees brought the out the door price to $52k. Glad I didn’t drive 3 hours one way. Shottenkirk Care is $3k and only offers 3k miles of protection. Spend your money elsewhere. More

Shady business! When the price advertised gets raised by 8% with mandatory "reconditioning fees" on a vehicle that is almost new and nobody can tell you what was done...ya know something is up. They know up front how much they said the car cost to be reconditioned so why not advertise the full vehicle fee as the real price. False Advertising. Before visiting this dealership to drive a used forerunner advertised at 29,942, we googled the reviews. There were MANY reviews that stated that once they get you interested, they ta drive a used forerunner advertised at 29,942, we googled the reviews. There were MANY reviews that stated that once they get you interested, they tack on another $5,000.00 to the price advertised. We have bought several vehicles in our lifetime, and we figured surely this can't be true. We have NEVER heard of this. So, my daughter and son-in-law gave them the benefit of the doubt and went and test drove the vehicle. It was nice and the negotiations started. Once they had you interested and ran your credit, they informed you that the price is not the advertised price of 29,942. Instead, it is 34,300.00 because they had to get it ready to drive off the lot. Well, if that is the case, then you should advertise it for the actual price you are selling it for. They should not be allowed to do this because it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I looked on the carfax to see what was done to the vehicle to get it ready for sale, and this is all it said this dealership did: predelivery inspection, vehicle wash/detail, air filter replaced, cabin air filter replaced, oil and filter changed - this is all this dealership has done and they want to charge $5,000.00 on top of the advertised price for this! Absolutely unacceptable for a Toyota dealership. More

Service area was very clean with comfortable chairs. Service advisor was quick but service took longer then estimated. Over all I would give 4 and 3/4 stars. The best I have had in Texas. I did try to buy new windshield wipers but I stood at the parts desk for over 7 min and gave up because no one ever came. I went and sat down and forgot to check if anyone came back to work in the parts department. Still needing new windshield wipers and I prefer Toyota brand. I hope next time I drop by they have someone working the parts department. More
