I wish negative 5 stars was an option for this dealer. ..and it would probably not be enough! The price quoted on the Internet jumped to an additional non-negotiable $7,000 in hidden fees by the time I ac ..and it would probably not be enough! The price quoted on the Internet jumped to an additional non-negotiable $7,000 in hidden fees by the time I actually spoke with them. If this is not bad enough, add to it the terrible customer service at the dealership, being passed around from one person to the next. When they were asked what the additional fees were for, there was NO answer. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. Look at the reviews before you go to any Shottenkirk lot...the reviews speak volumes. This is a common tactic with them. I am so grateful for the dealer who took my business the next day and more than compensated for the terrible experience at Shottetnkirk. More
