Drove nearly three hours to buy a truck advertised online after ours was totalled a week ago. Drive went well, sales person nice enough BUT then the truck was $ 11,000+ more! Sales dept was great however the service dept was not so much. They can't do a proper diagnostic to save their life. Even worst the service dept believes and accept these poor diagnostic that these so call much. They can't do a proper diagnostic to save their life. Even worst the service dept believes and accept these poor diagnostic that these so call mechanic give them. For example I have a noise coming from the rear end on the truck I bought. First diagnostic they did on it. They said nothing is leaking or looks to be broken. An not they didn't take the cover off the rear too look. Second diagnostic attempt they finally said yep there's a noise coming from it and the fluid good but the warranty deny any repairs because the service dept called the warranty people and ask if they can fix it base on it just making noises. So back again I have to go again. More
I have own several Toyota’s over the last 30 Years & have never had to wait over 45 minutes for just a oil change with appointments . I lived in different areas & also never waited. I know times are h have never had to wait over 45 minutes for just a oil change with appointments . I lived in different areas & also never waited. I know times are hard getting good help .. But just thought I’d share that several customers in the waiting room were complaining about the wait also. More
I was contacted by the Patrick at the dealership to see if I was interested in trading my 2020 Highlander in. I was, but I explained that I had been rear-ended and was awaiting repairs, but he didn't seem if I was interested in trading my 2020 Highlander in. I was, but I explained that I had been rear-ended and was awaiting repairs, but he didn't seem to care. He stated that the only Highlander Limited available was a 2021 used as a demonstrator that had 230 miles on it. I trusted Toyota and made a mistake in assuming the car would be in tiptop shape. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I was allowed to drive the car off with a malfunctioning driver side headlight. The sensor on the driver side bumper was also malfunctioning. They also gave me only one key fob. Knowing the cost of the fobs, I had to insist on getting another one. I have always trusted Toyota, this is my 3rd Highlander, but I'm close to changing my opinion. Once I took ownership of this car, everyone lost interest in fixing these problems. I am a retired military officer and don't often take offense but I have been very unhappy with this dealership. Initially Mike was very helpful, but when it became apparent that the repair of the sensor would take more time, money, and effort, he stopped taking my calls. The personnel answering the phone in the service became increasingly rude. Sherry finally became involved and has promised resolution. More
