Inquired about a Dodge Durango drove out for a meeting with Alexander, a sales guys we never met but ended up working with Aubrey another sales guy. Aubrey brought a car (20 min later) that was not washed with Alexander, a sales guys we never met but ended up working with Aubrey another sales guy. Aubrey brought a car (20 min later) that was not washed and had two low on air tires that were "super clean" when makes me think the tires we just put on the SUV. Another reason is that the tire gauges were malfunctioning and Aubrey seemed uninterested in finding out the issue or resolution. We agreed on the price and sat down and we were shown a price $4000 higher than what we agreed upon. At this point he begin to say how much he can come down on the price but we cannot do the price we agreed upon. - poor test drive - 6 inch hole in front bumper that was covered with Tape - sales manager allowed a sale to walk away.
