We took our RAV 4 in for an alignment and a fuse replacement. They fried our computer chip by accident. Cory tried to make it right with a car rental but still…. James the service rep was great, however repair problems not completely solved. 1. Engine is still misfiring when I start up the Prius with a rumbling sound and car shakes at the front end. 2. Right wheel ocansionally acts like it is slipping - you replaced the wheel bearings on both front tires, completed the fron wheel alignment, however the right wheel is still acting up. It cost me almost $5,000 for the repairs - and still having issues.... More

The new ownership is not providing the same service as Alamo did. I waited for 20 min for advisor. A porter noticed and got me an advisor. I had an appointment.
