While the service was fine, I have a big problem with the additional 3% charge for using a debit card and I will not return. The vast majority of people use cards so this additional charge should be part of additional 3% charge for using a debit card and I will not return. Same thing goes on the sales side where they force an appearance protection package. I will take my business somewhere else due to the ownership and policies. More
While shopping for a third vehicle, I scheduled a service and warranty repair appointment with the service team. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was informed that the warranty part wa and warranty repair appointment with the service team. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time and was informed that the warranty part was not there and that my truck wasn’t due for an oil change for another 5000 miles but they would recommend a front end alignment for $139 as recommended by Toyota, I proceeded with the recommended service but would have preferred that the entire appointment be deferred until the warranty part was confirmed to be onsite. Now I need to arrange an oil change and warranty part replacement. This could have all been communicated at the request. More
Cory was arrogant when I told him the prices were to high. He did not give a xxxx about my concerns that your prices have gone up considerably. I'd give a 0 but 1 star is all I can give. The dealership has not even sent me and discount coupons in the mail for oil changes. I cam to y'all for service and you most likely lost my service going forward. More

Good work but the service manager failed to tell me that they would charge fee for payment with a debit or credit card.
