The oil service I had was very good. I had an issue with my car that I was told was still under my warranty. Took the car back in a few days later for the service and then was told, "It I had an issue with my car that I was told was still under my warranty. Took the car back in a few days later for the service and then was told, "It may not be covered by the factory warranty." I was cautious about leaving my car a full day if it might not be covered. I left the car for a full day and was told they were still waiting to hear back if the issue was covered under the factory warranty. Picked up the car and a week later, I still have not heard back. My warranty runs out on Oct 31, 2024. I will call back tomorrow but my expectation was that I would be kept informed. Oil change = good; other services = I will take to my mechanic. More
I understand the service center was short staffed Saturday but customer service was poor. New staff, very DISORGANIZED & not well educated. Went in for an oil change & tire rotation; using a mailed discount coupon flyer. The new service advisor failed to get answers to my basic questions Went in for an oil change & tire rotation; using a mailed discount coupon flyer. The new service advisor failed to get answers to my basic questions about 1-oil additive, 2-LDA pop-up message; never got clear answers. The service advisor did pamper other male customers, from what I observed. It was recommended to get an alignment, BUT their equipment that creates a printout of how the tires were wearing was down. So WHY even bother asking a customer if the dealership's equipment is not working, to give an accurate reading? My vehicle was way under the mileage anyway [Service Advisor failed to see that]. Let's NOT forget IF you pay for your services with a credit card, you will be charged a % fee; NOT good business. New dealership name & new DISORGANIZATION. I got home & inspected my vehicle, the plastic shield ‘fenders’ over each tire well, had greasy black fingerprints all over; had to get some bug & tar remover to get that off my white vehicle= sloppy cleanliness/ care for customers’ vehicles. Before checking out, the advisor failed to correctly note what services were done; had to get a new receipt of service shop details. No wonder they are sending out deep discount service flyers to get customers back. The only thing nice was the cost of services with a coupon for the oil change & tire rotation service. I don't see myself coming back to this dealership any time soon. More
