The absolute worst rip-off in the history dealership scams. Had my car serviced there a month ago. Today the check engine light went on. Had an appointment but service was delayed because of a "backlog scams. Had my car serviced there a month ago. Today the check engine light went on. Had an appointment but service was delayed because of a "backlog from last night". We received a text about an hour later for "suggested work" of over $1000. Keep in mind I had the car serviced there a month ago! The service tech said "at the very least I needed a new gas cap"! They wanted $250 to replace the current cap. I googled new caps and the prices ranged from $17 to $36 dollars. Essentially it cost me a "diagnostic charge" of $150 to determine I needed a new gas cap! These people are scam artists and I will never buy a car or service a car from them again! More
