Cory handled my paperwork and service info very well; however, I am very unhappy with the new 3% credit card fee addition coming from a very large corporation such as Toyota!! Alamo Toyota never charged me to use my cc in the past, but since Shottenkirk took over, this new 3% fee has been added when I use my cc to pay! More

First of all, you are charging a 3% fee for using a credit card. Second, y'all don't rotate the tires for free like other dealerships!
