I won't be going back. I have dealt with Alamo Toyota for years and was disappointed with the service and upcharge of 3% for using my debit/credit card. You recommended unnecessary items and the ones you recommended weee more than double what valvoline would charge. And you left my oil plug I tightened and it leaked and I had to torque it myself. Took my van in for an oil change and the lady that checked me in and assisted me, Carol Anne, was extremely polite and informative. I was informed the process would take about an hour and sure enough, checked me in and assisted me, Carol Anne, was extremely polite and informative. I was informed the process would take about an hour and sure enough, it was right at an hour when I was being checked out. The following morning I was on my way to work when I heard a strange scraping noise. Upon inspection, I noticed the undercarriage cover to the oil pan was dangling due to two bolts not being secured. I called Carol Anne and she was still polite and professional, got me scheduled to have the van looked at, and was sincerely apologetic. Took the van in to be fixed at no cost to me since it was the mechanic’s fault for not properly securing the bolts. I was then notified that my oil pan has a small leak but it’s not something to worry about until it starts dripping. I questioned if this was an issue when I brought it in for the oil change and no one had a clear answer. I will update my review depending on how things play out with that issue. Carol Anne’s positive attitude and professionalism was the only good thing about my whole experience and is what kept my temper down. More
I was really put off by the hard sell from my service guy, he was nice, but he pushed for some very expensive services that should be done to both of my cars. I have never, ever paid so much for service guy, he was nice, but he pushed for some very expensive services that should be done to both of my cars. I have never, ever paid so much for service before. I will be shopping for another place and a service manager that looks out for my wallet also. I get that for my Honda at Gunn Honda. I will look for a place that feels more trustworthy. More
The service department was very busy but Tyler was very courteous and efficient. He explained the pricing to me and my truck was ready when he told me it would be. I have dealt in obtaining many vehicles from this location for myself, family and business. This was a bad experience. . Marcos was very good and tried to help . The basic oil change with a set time appointment and a slow leak on one tire to be checked. Over 4 hours and over $115 for a basic oil change. No work done on the tire. Uncompetitive price, unacceptable time to execute. Highly unlikely after almost 20 years of loyalty will I be back. More
