Took my van in for an oil change and the lady that checked me in and assisted me, Carol Anne, was extremely polite and informative. I was informed the process would take about an hour and sure enough, checked me in and assisted me, Carol Anne, was extremely polite and informative. I was informed the process would take about an hour and sure enough, it was right at an hour when I was being checked out. The following morning I was on my way to work when I heard a strange scraping noise. Upon inspection, I noticed the undercarriage cover to the oil pan was dangling due to two bolts not being secured. I called Carol Anne and she was still polite and professional, got me scheduled to have the van looked at, and was sincerely apologetic. Took the van in to be fixed at no cost to me since it was the mechanic’s fault for not properly securing the bolts. I was then notified that my oil pan has a small leak but it’s not something to worry about until it starts dripping. I questioned if this was an issue when I brought it in for the oil change and no one had a clear answer. I will update my review depending on how things play out with that issue. Carol Anne’s positive attitude and professionalism was the only good thing about my whole experience and is what kept my temper down. More
