Visited dealership for 10,000 mile service. Service was fairly quick. However, the service representative did not review the multi-point inspection with me after the service. Service adviser was great what I didn’t like is the fact that they charge you for not paying cash! I think it’s a total scam. It is ridiculous that a major corporation like Toyota charges 3% to use a credit card. This completely dissuades me from using your dealership. SHAME on you!!! So greedy!!!
