Got a used car 2016 Accord. We had a few misunderstandings, yet when I brought to their attention they handled everything without question. I found it very refreshing that they stood by the misunderstandings, yet when I brought to their attention they handled everything without question. I found it very refreshing that they stood by the product they sold. Thank you Pierre H. I will be a returning buyer because of the sales team and the way they handled the adversity. More

She called him the same day to tell him I would be by in 20 minutes to look it over. He never discouraged her or told her the car was sold but when I showed up 20 minutes after her call he tells me the car just sold but he has other similar I could look at. Of course they were more expensive. The next day I found the same car that was supposed to have sold, still advertised. I sent a request through their website to ask if it was still available. I included the VIN number to ensure no confusion. I received a text message that it was still available and then a bit later I received an email from another salesman telling me "Great news..." the car I asked about was still available. Deceptive business practices at Alamo Toyota! More
Wasn't too pleased with the used car dealership. Vehicle had original tires with minimal tread. Barely enough to pass inspection. Only one tire was replaced due to a blow out by previous owner. We were immediately welcomed our first visit by Amir and he was incredibly helpful. I came in with a list of vehicles, my NADA value on my car, as well as a previous value from a different dealership. He went to work to find the cars for me and my dad to take a look at and was very thorough with the details of each model. We gave him a hard time and he never gave us attitude nor did he ever show anything but understanding and kindness (I can’t say the same for a different dealership we went to that day). When it came down to it, I knew Amir and everyone at Alamo would be the place I would want to buy my car. We went back this past Friday (10/11/19) and they did not let us down at any point during the entire transaction. I am very satisfied with the vehicle (RAV4 XLE) and with the entire experience. Thank you Amir, Mike and Abel! P.S. this purchase was very important to me as I am expecting my first baby here in less than two months. I needed something more reliable and Amir found the perfect fit for me. I appreciate all his hard work and dedication to making sure I loved the vehicle I was leaving in. More
I drove in there with a 2009 Toyota Camry, barely working, they gave me a good price for my trade-in. My salesman was the best you could ask for, he listens, he was efficient, professional, and from working, they gave me a good price for my trade-in. My salesman was the best you could ask for, he listens, he was efficient, professional, and from the top of the organization they were all just stand up people!! Oh that’s the other thing, they made my experience fun and stress less. I drove away in a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry SE. I will definitely go back and do business with these Alamo Toyota! More
Lied and Then Likely Sabotaged My Vehicle Told me my 2013 Lexus ES350 had a bad battery, leaking engine gasket, and leaking rack and pinion steering system. Told me they could fix for several Told me my 2013 Lexus ES350 had a bad battery, leaking engine gasket, and leaking rack and pinion steering system. Told me they could fix for several thousand dollars. I told them thanks, but since the car is still under warranty, I'll take it to a Lexus Dealer. They called me back and said, "Oh, we made a mistake, that was actually a difference but identical Lexus ES that had those problems." Obviously afraid the Lexus dealer would disprove their false claims. Also, the likelihood they had TWO 2013 Lexus ES 350's in their shop at the same time at 9:00 pm on a Thursday is very unlikely. They probably process one Lexus model a day, if that. In the end, I ended up having Alamo Toyota just change the oil and do a brake job. Picked up the car and realized they added an extra 3/4-quart of oil (most likely deliberately to cause premature ring failure). Took it back and asked them to remove excess oil. They were furious that I had the audacity to ask them to fix their error. Their service rep (assistant Manager) disappeared for 20 minutes during the visit to "spend time with my car." When they gave the car back, my power steering was completely messed up and my engine idle was very rough. I very strongly suspect he sabotaged my vehicle in retaliation. I'm going to go to a Lexus dealer to get proof of their sabotage and have the vehicle fixed. Alamo Toyota lies and manipulates customers, inventing false defects in order to fix them. Be careful if you call them on it, they'll likely sabotage your car. VERY disappointed. More
