My mother brought my vehicle and there was several things that needed some care, so they gave us a rental for the day. The next morning I was told vehicle was ready but it wasn't so gave me a shuttle ride to work and then they dropped my car off at my work place. More

Service was done quickly. However, was unhappy with the way I was treated when relying on Toyota's ToyoGuard Platinum extended maintenance coverage for this service visit...a However, was unhappy with the way I was treated when relying on Toyota's ToyoGuard Platinum extended maintenance coverage for this service visit...a Toyota product included in the purchase price of the new vehicle! This dealership was reluctant to honor it. I had to wait over an hour for the service writer to get it all sorted out and was basically told they'd prefer I not come back if I planned on expecting them to honor this remaining Toyota maintenance warranty. Left a message after the fact with Sales manager and Finance manager to discuss further, no return call at time of this review. Don't plan on going back to Shottenkirk Toyota for future service. More

I drive a 2021 4Runner (it is my 5th 4Runner, I LOVE THEM!) and I bought it new. In May I paid for an alignment, and had to take my vehicle back in July because of a "knocking" in my steering column an THEM!) and I bought it new. In May I paid for an alignment, and had to take my vehicle back in July because of a "knocking" in my steering column and the car was still not aligned. I was told something wasn't tightened correctly after the alignment, so they fixed that but noticed I had a leak in my powersteering line. They fixed that, but, when I picked it up my 4 runner was out of balance. When I called to inform it was out of balance they told me to bring it back...picked it up after that visit. Still out of balance and pulling to the right as if it was out of alignment. Which required me to take the vehicle back to the service department when they told me the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Thank goodness it is still under warranty so I only had to pay a deductible to have the 2 bigger items fixed, but this was 4 trips and multiple days without my car to have issues discovered and fixed. More

Improve service times and a greater variety of vehicles in the Show Room.
