They sold me a lemon car. I have had to pay for 4 major repairs and I've only owned this car for a year. They wanted to charge 8,000 bucks for an inspection where they didn't even notice the cracked oil pan????? ON TOP OF THAT when I had them fix it, they STILL didn't notice the cracked oil pan and said it was the drain plug? Finally went to another mechanic and guess what, they noticed it right away! Still had to pay 2000 for that repair. Now I have another issue. Alamo toyota are scammers More

Just bought my second car in 9 months. I traded in a 2022 Toyota Corolla XSE Hatchback I just bought in January. He was patient and worked hard to get me another car dealing with the fact that I had negative equity given the time period for the trade in. He was easy to talk to and I think he worked hard to help me out. This was my second time working with Erbin Aceituno, the Finance Manager. The man is a miracle worker! He really knows his stuff and come xxxx or high water, he will get you into the car you want. He ended up getting me into a better car for the money and a shorter financing term. So now I have a brand new, loaded Rav4 and I am super happy with it.. Last time around he even went to bat for my daughter who had come to the dealership with me. She didn't have the best credit and despite this fact and thinking she couldn't buy anything decent with the amount of money she had to spend on a car, he found her a 4 year old Rav4 that turned out to be a great car for her. Didn't expect that! They are very respectful at the dealership and the manager, Darrel Deak, makes sure to stop and say hello. I had one service appointment for an oil change on my Corolla. The work was efficiently done. No complaints there either. If you are thinking of getting a car, for sure I recommend either of these two associates of Alamo. More
