I was looking for a very slightly used Sienna, and saw a low millage Sienna on their website. I test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork in less than time than it took me to talk with a salesperson and test drive at another dealership (we were preapproved for our loan). We were very happy with the service! Joel and Alex even delivered the car to me after it was detailed and a small area of tint was repaired. Thank you for a very positive car buying experience! More

Please be aware that this dealer will try to charge a Market Adjustment (additional cost to vehicle, above msrp), and potential dealer add on items that are not listed directly online(listed in the detai Market Adjustment (additional cost to vehicle, above msrp), and potential dealer add on items that are not listed directly online(listed in the details link). In this case, those additional costs totaled $7696. In my case we agreed on a number (thank you Steven Rodriguez and Ben Obermayr, I do believe you tried to get me the initial price we agreed on) , but as I was about to test drive the vehicle, Mr. Boulos(GSM) appeared. He was informed of the price I was given, and he immediately shot it down, stating that another person had been in a previous day and offered way more. I test drove the vehicle, but upon my return I was notified that the price we agreed on was no longer valid. I was offered another price, but at that point my trust was lost, and so was my business. Mr Boulos, I hope that other customer return, because I will not. More

Inquired on the ‘23 4 Runner 40th anniversary special edition, priced at 51,996 online. Max Abedi agreed on that price with TTL..final number out the door. To make things worse..the xxxx vehicle wasn’t even at the dealership because the manager supposedly took it home on a joy ride, how tf I’m I supposed to test drive it?!..😂 nice try clown!. I’d avoid this place AND this 🤡 at all costs! I love how they changed the price online after I walked out of their store. Great job fellas, no stars unfortunately isn’t an option. More

My lease was coming up on my Tacoma so we started looking for a vehicle. We went to Alamo Toyota because we figured with Toyota’s name attached it would be decent. Well we were looking to keep our payment be for a vehicle. We went to Alamo Toyota because we figured with Toyota’s name attached it would be decent. Well we were looking to keep our payment below 440.00 so we were looking at a Mazda that was on the lot. The sales guy went in to get keys to test drive and comes out with keys to a 2018 Rav 4. He said his finance manager said it was with in our price range. Needless to say I was stupid and bought it even though it was 620.00 payment. Well here we are May 24th and the lease on the Tacoma that was traded in on April 8th has still not been paid off. Yes the dealership reimbursed me for the payment and paid a month on the Rav 4 but it still needs to be paid off. When ever we call we get told that they sent it last week and it will be taken care of. They blame Toyota financial for being short staffed instead of the dealership having lazy people. I have since gone to a different dealership and bought a brand new truck and suv and traded the Rav 4 in and my trades in are already paid off. I will never recommend Alamo Toyota due to their shady practices. And they already sold the Tacoma. I’m on the verge of hiring an attorney. Good luck if you ever do business there. More
