Terrible business practices. The sales rep, Samer, was great and very understanding. He was attempting to help us out as much as possible, but seems like his hands were tied. Financing portion was rushed and coercive. Everyone seemed desperate make the quota and pump up their numbers. More

Zero integrity. Blatantly lied about a 115.00 repair to close a deal on a used Tundra. David Holderman was the sale rep. Alexander D you are the true definition of a used car sales man. My son and I went to buy a car that we had inquired about when we got there the salesman kept trying to show us other cars, and wasting m sales man. My son and I went to buy a car that we had inquired about when we got there the salesman kept trying to show us other cars, and wasting my time. I finally said where is the car we want to look at I am not signing anything until we see the car. He finally went and got the sales manager. Someone was driving that car until theirs got delivered. We drove 3 hours to look at this car, and he knew that. We asked numerous times about it and they disregarded the ask. The other part was the dealership was going to charge me an additional fee to fix damage on a car that is advertised as "Toyota Gold Certified." Also charge me $2,700 dollars for the Certification. I spoke with an owner (I personally know, and one of his top salesman of a Toyota dealership in a different town.) He said to be "Toyota Gold Certified" the car can not have damage, and the certification only cost about $500. So we passed on this car and went to another dealership and paid in full for a 2022 with 22,000 less miles. My son has worked hard to save HIS money for a car and this dealership tried to rip him off. They wasted a majority of our day after driving 3 hours to purchase a vehicle that they knew we were coming to see and let someone take it off the lot, and then tried to sell us something else. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m completely disgusted with my experience there today. After speaking with a salesman I drove to San Antonio from Austin to pick up a Kia Telluride I’m completely disgusted with my experience there today. After speaking with a salesman I drove to San Antonio from Austin to pick up a Kia Telluride. This was a recent car accident left my previous car totaled, my family needed this car asap. I test drove, did the endless questions, signing and paperwork only for them to tell us at the END of the process that the car’s mileage was not in the 11,000 range but close to 32,000!!! They called this “human error” but I felt it was very suspicious and deceptive!! They were going to keep the price the same since “that’s what it was supposed to be anyway.” Wow, I found it so epically bold to say that—they offered to go a ridiculous $500 down, a slap in the face. We left and wanted to warn others about this scam of a dealership. Mad they wasted my families time and money and could care less! These guys still have the incorrect mileage on this car to get some other unsuspecting person in the door. This SHOULD have been changed asap —it’s still on their website!! More
