Requested brakes be looked at EVERY TIME I took it in for service. Always the same answer, "Tech could not duplicate issue, brakes are fine". Finally after TWO YEARS of request, I had tech ride with me so I could demonstrate and the tech agreed the drums were out of round so they FINALLY replace the drums on the rear. However, the NEW drum were out of round also and the dealership refused correct the issue. I had to take the truck to another mechanic to have the drums turned. It has been two weeks and the brakes working GREAT... no thanks to Shottenkirk. More

Advisor never greeted me. Had to seek out help to get checked in. Then nobody came and told me when my car was ready. Had to seek out a random advisor to finish up.
