1. Brake light switch is bad and must be paid for and ordered. Requires 2 days delay and return trip for installation. 2. Price of switch and installation thereof is $344.34 or thereabouts. This is a r ordered. Requires 2 days delay and return trip for installation. 2. Price of switch and installation thereof is $344.34 or thereabouts. This is a ridiculous amount for a simple brake light switch. 3. Will consider purchasing switch and having family member install it. 4. On a positive note service person was courteous and friendly. 5. Will consider having future vehicle service work done elsewhere. More

Shottenkirk Service team is very sloppy in their work. i asked to have among other things the cabin air filter replaced. while they completed the work, a piece of tape holding wires under the fan was rubb i asked to have among other things the cabin air filter replaced. while they completed the work, a piece of tape holding wires under the fan was rubbing against the blades or flapping in the air pressure. Thinking it somehow could have been my fault i learned how to remove the filter from the glove compartment area and then learned how to remove the lower dash panel and removed the fan motor myself, seeing a loose piece of tape underneath the fan blades. what sloppy work as the noise continued to grow louder the time i spent from having the filter replaced. i am now reconsidering the types of services i am receiving in regards to my 2010 Toyota Tundra.
