Wait time for picking up a vehicle that is purchased is ridiculous and then to have to go back because the tank of gas was not filled is annoying. No one can provide emails or contact information for super ridiculous and then to have to go back because the tank of gas was not filled is annoying. No one can provide emails or contact information for supervisors. I spent a whole day trying to get an email address so I could hand over the bank authorization payment. I ended up giving up and having to walk in only to wait again. More
