The new ownership is not providing the same service as Alamo did. I waited for 20 min for advisor. A porter noticed and got me an advisor. I had an appointment. Service advisor was very short and provided the bare minimum for customer service. She also rushed me to the cashier before answering all my questions. Visited dealership for 10,000 mile service. Service was fairly quick. However, the service representative did not review the multi-point inspection with me after the service.
