At least for this visit, it was frustrating. I got to the dealership for my 9:15 appointment, then waited until about 5pm when the car was finally ready. I could have done many things while waiting, but because we didn’t know how long it would take, I kept asking the advisor every 30-60 minutes. I didn’t know it would take all day to change the front brakes. More

We took our RAV 4 in for an alignment and a fuse replacement. They fried our computer chip by accident. Cory tried to make it right with a car rental but still….
