The dealership always does a good job of servicing my truck. Garland is very knowledgeable about taking care of what I wanted done. Service appointment was 9AM, 28 Dec 2021.. This was for a 10 thousand mile check. Female advisor checked me in. Found out that the lady who checked me in was not my service advisor. I was directed t a 10 thousand mile check. Female advisor checked me in. Found out that the lady who checked me in was not my service advisor. I was directed to my advisors work area, where’re I found him on the phone. Seemingly, on personal business. Waited approximately 5 minutes, to speak to him. He never acknowledged me. My vehicle was serviced? And pulled out to the receiving area. After waiting around 10/15 minutes, had to get another advisor to check me out. Total time at dealership: one and a half hours. If my truck needed a tire change, didn’t see that happen. Fluids were not topped off. I had to add windshield washer fluid. No new oil change sticker on inside windshield. Don’t know what else was not performed. Very disappointed. More
