Blind spot monitor was not working. Service representative said technician said nothing wrong with it, no computer codes, was fine on test drive. As soon as I left the lot went to turn Service representative said technician said nothing wrong with it, no computer codes, was fine on test drive. As soon as I left the lot went to turn blind spot monitor on and got message "Blind spot monitor not available " Makes me think it was not looked at period. On multi point inspection tire pressure was listed as 30 psi. It should be around 40 psi Again was this even looked at? I will be going somewhere else for service in the future. More
We arrived at Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury on a Thursday roughly about 15 minutes late due to a thunderstorm and hail we ran into on the way from Waco, TX. The gentleman understood the situation and proceed roughly about 15 minutes late due to a thunderstorm and hail we ran into on the way from Waco, TX. The gentleman understood the situation and proceeded to take our F-350 to get two tires replaced. Before he left, I asked him to please ensure all tires were checked to ensure there were no more problems I was unaware of and all tires had the appropriate air. The service took approximately 2 hours to complete and when I asked the service agent if all tires were checked he stated yes. However, the moment we climbed in our truck we realized that not all tires were checked as he state d because all four tires that were not replaced did not have the appropriate air and one of the ones replaced had too much air in it. By this point in time my husband was already extremely upset and simply took a picture of the screen displaying air pressure and decided to leave. Please keep in mind this was after almost a full month of trying to effectively communicate with someone at the dealer regarding the “Shottenkirk Care” insurance that they charge you when purchasing a vehicle that was not cooperating in covering our tires to begin with. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had at a dealer, would not recommend to anyone. More
