Poor customer service in the service department… messed my car up worse than when I brought it in. It’s brand new My dash is hanging off.. ac vent popped out… they cracked my speedometer lense and got gr my car up worse than when I brought it in. Purchased vehicle and drove off lot at 8:30p. During hr drive home could not use lowbeam headlights at all because they were so dim. When called no response to complaint, I even emailed the finance manager (his was the email I had as I sent all docs to him) when I finally got them to look at it they “adjusted” the light height and said it was good. Still have no low beams I’ve replaced the bulbs and cleaned the covers. The problem is the projector lens inside the assembly.. And a new set of headlights is over 500.. on top of this they did not send the check to my previous financier until 3 weeks after purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone. More

I have only been here twice but they have been great so far as waiting on service at the dealership goes. One thing I would like to see is that they periodically wipe down and sanitize the waiting room cha far as waiting on service at the dealership goes. One thing I would like to see is that they periodically wipe down and sanitize the waiting room chairs. Mine smelled like old man hair grease. Next time I will bring my own wipes just in case they still haven't cleaned the chairs. More
