Dealership was extremely busy, took forever for salesperson to help me. As the salesman was personable, she was also rude and didn’t listen too well to what I was asking. Just worries about her wa salesperson to help me. As the salesman was personable, she was also rude and didn’t listen too well to what I was asking. Just worries about her waking a truck quickly. Sat with my wife in the lobby for over 3 hours with no updates or words from anyone. After the sale was in the financial stage the finance person was rude as we where upsetting him by him be there. All in all experience was fair, but I will not refer to anyone else. More
Garland was phenomenal throughout this whole process. She and her team ensured that every problem was addressed as they looked to see what was causing my Jeep Wrangler to stall/die. I had an appointment set but still ended up waiting over 2 hours, nearly 3. I was only there for an oil change and inspection. If they cannot keep up with the volume of appointments, then the availability o 2 hours, nearly 3. I was only there for an oil change and inspection. If they cannot keep up with the volume of appointments, then the availability of appointments needs to be changed. After about an hour and a half, I was told my car shouldn’t have passed inspection to to the age of my tire even though my tires had decent tread and overall condition. As I went to drive away, I noticed they hadn’t reset my maintenance reminder. I watched them look up videos and try until they said they needed to pull it back in the bay again. I had to wait even longer for them to do that. I have a Toyota car and have taken here for service before. I am unsure why resetting that would be difficult. I haven’t had good experiences with this service department or the collision center and it’s my own fault for even going back this time. I was also told about some leak my car has that I hadn’t been told about at either of my two previous oil changes. I’ll be taking it somewhere for a second opinion like I had to with my windshield replacement. More
