I was disappointed. My previous experiences were awesome.. this one was disappointing. My first oil change since purchasing and 5000 mile check up. No one came out and told me anything about results. Were all fluids updated? Who knows? Not me because it wasn't reported in writing or verbally. Was everything mechanically perfect...who knows? Again, nothing in writing or verbally provided. My previous experiences were prior to the ownership change. I hope this experience is not reflecting future service experiences. I have always raved about the good service I have received. I sure hope this was a fluke. More

First service at this location I called and had a time reserved and showed up 5 minutes early. The service representative was courteous took my vehicle and within 40-45 minutes the I called and had a time reserved and showed up 5 minutes early.
