integrity with repairs I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired with no charge and I was able to use a loaner car. I really appreciate Melissa in Service and George who works on the cars as they are both awesome and care about the customers. Another young man helped me and he was also great. It took leaving negative reviews, but I am finally getting calls back and getting results, I still do not have my car, but the manager is at least trying to make things right for me. I still do not have a car, I was originally told it would be a few days to fix the recall/ I was then told "next month", then told "mid March". It is mid-March and there is still no info. No one is calling me, I have to call and give the SAME explanation over again. More

This is the second time my wife has had to ask about the status of the car after having been waiting for some time and after seeing the car sitting outside apparently ready to go. Even if the paperwork is not yet ready you should inform the customer that the car is ready and will be available shortly then tell them when they can take the car. Otherwise the service was done correctly and the special wash the car received was almost like a full detailing. More
