We had it originally installed at Toyota; they assessed the situation realizing that we had done our due diligence. They worked with us and we had it fixed in the same day. As you know, this is a very stressful time. The reason I stay with Toyota is because of the service department. Great work and great people! More

Had a oil change and a wash, the wash pulled off the front hood clip, no attempt to make it right. Just a poor attempt to place blame that it was because the clip is painted.
