Worst truck buying experience ever bad sales,fiance and after market in the service department. Will not call you back no matter what. Now I have a truck after weeks of fighting with yall to fix it correct after market in the service department. Will not call you back no matter what. Now I have a truck after weeks of fighting with yall to fix it correctly but my credit still has mistakes on it that that the fiance department put on there and Tate will NOT fix! Ive call over 6 times and talked face to face once. I will warn people not to buy from you no one deserves to be treated so badly. Y'all wont even return calls from Toyota dealer services that have called you twice on our complaints. More

Failure of trailer hitch We had an issue with a trailer hitch that bent that should not have happened. As you know, this is a very stressful time. The reason I stay with Toyota is because of the service department. Great work and great people! More

Very good experience! Was a little concerned that my car with less that 50,000 is needed 3 seals replaced and it’s leaking oil 🧐 Also, they were unable to figure out why my airbags will not stay aired up. with less that 50,000 is needed 3 seals replaced and it’s leaking oil 🧐 Also, they were unable to figure out why my airbags will not stay aired up. Had a oil change and a wash, the wash pulled off the front hood clip, no attempt to make it right. Just a poor attempt to place blame that it was because the clip is painted. I don't have enough space here to really Express my thoughts on it and to top it off the car wash I received was xxxx poor. I have always had my truck serviced there where I bought it but I kinda feel that I could get better service at jiffy lube More
