Service on Audi A4 The work order didn't specify the type of oil or oil filter used on my 2014 Audi A4 so I'm not sure if they used the correct parts for the Audi. Also, The work order didn't specify the type of oil or oil filter used on my 2014 Audi A4 so I'm not sure if they used the correct parts for the Audi. Also, the service interval was not reset since it requires a computer reset. This was a free service for the car that I purchased at this dealership last year otherwise I would have had it serviced elsewhere. They may be trained in servicing Toyota cars, but I would definitely not take a German made car to this dealer for service. More

2014 Corola maintenance You guys inspected my wife's car, rotated the tires and changed wiper blades. The wiper blade charge was out of sight. $20.00 per wiper blade ($40.0 You guys inspected my wife's car, rotated the tires and changed wiper blades. The wiper blade charge was out of sight. $20.00 per wiper blade ($40.00) plus $9.00 to install. What a rip off, especially when Auto Zone is approximately less than half that price and they will install wiper blades free. Never again. More

Professional and proficient The service department performed the recall on my airbags as well as the state inspection. They handled the transaction professionally. While I expect the prices at the dealership to be slightly higher for parts, I felt the cost for wiper blades and a light bulb was somewhat excessive. Tire rotation, state inspection, wiper blades, one light bulb with labor added up to just over $90. Due to the current social distancing situation, I needed to have all this done in one place and realize I paid for the convenience. I do very much appreciate the professional attitude of the staff and the service they offered. More

Avalon Light repair. Service was fast and appears to have been done well. Light replaced front left. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only complaint is the car wash given. Back Service was fast and appears to have been done well. Light replaced front left. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only complaint is the car wash given. Back of the car was barely touched. We didn't notice it till we got home. Should have been picked up by the staff before we were called. Don't want to take it back up due to COVID 19 concerns. More
