I had a rav4 that got damaged when it took it by the shop. Was so mad I traded for a Corolla in December 2018 and took a screwing. I still have it just over 10.000 miles hardly drive it. I came in to get my rotors turned and new brake pads all the way around. Two hours waiting and they hadn’t even started on what I wanted. They came to me with a list of items that had nothing to do with m the way around. Two hours waiting and they hadn’t even started on what I wanted. They came to me with a list of items that had nothing to do with my brake job. I did ask them to check my fluid levels but I didn’t think it would take two hours. I still never got anything that let me know my engine oil level, I’ll have to check it myself I guess. My brakes make a slight sshhhing sound when I brake as I stop. I’m assuming this is becarotors and pads. I was not warned this would happen. If it doesn’t go away after a couple of days I’ll bring it back in. If I do I hope it doesn’t take 4 hours like my last visit. Your employees don’t seem to have a sense of how valuable your customers time is. I’m not happy and may seek to have my 2013 Prius 4 serviced elsewhere next time. 4 hours for a brake job is too long. More

First off we love Melissa and know that she always tries hard to help us out. I am very happy with the service done to my windshield. My car was also detailed and I understand you use an outside company. I hard to help us out. I am very happy with the service done to my windshield. My car was also detailed and I understand you use an outside company. I had a coupon given to me for my birthday. I was unhappy with their job. All of the plastic on the outside of my car including bumpers are spotted with an oily substance. My settings were completely changed in my vehicle’s sound which could not be an accident as it takes several screens to get to. I am perfectly ok with my radio being played with the cleaners choice of music but not ok with changing my settings. There was also still mud in my wheel wells. I k ow it was free but I’m assuming the car dealership still paid them. They waisted your kind gift. More
