Took car in for inspection and key fob battery. After an hour and a half, I walked around to search for an answer. All heads were down or looking at computers. A couple guys were on their phones. If I hadn't walked outside, I may not have noticed that my rear end had a ding and 2 guys were discussing it. Someone there dinged my car! There were no loaners, so it couldn't get resolved that day. I had Appointment at 8:00 AM. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get oil and filter changed. Did no good to have an appointment.Nothing else requested.Too many employees not busy.
