Replaced air conditioning compressor. Does not cool sufficiently. Brought it back and it still does not cool sufficiently. Chad was very helpful and considerate. Exceptional response. Needed info on having car towed to shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. Gave a copy of that to the tow truck driver, hadthe car towed shop for service/repair. Next thing I knew I received an appointment notice by email. I was not informed as to how long I would have to wait for my Prius to be finished with the 120000mile check. I did not check my watch when I arrived, but I think it was about 2 hours total.
