They took very good care of my truck. My only issue is that the tech misunderstood the service advisor and replaced the cabin air filter, (it actually needed it). I was shown the old filter and told they could put it back in if I didn't want to pay for it. In my opinion it was there mistake and I shouldn't have had to pay for it. I also believe they were sure that I would once I saw it. That's not quite right to me. More
