Once again...I took my 4 Runner in for an oil change. The Service Associate, Garland, stated the oil change could go to 10,000 miles since it was a synthetic. We requested the oil change anyway. I was called about having a tire rotation and agreed it needed the tire rotation. Then was called that the tire alignment was out of alignment. I agreed to have the alignment done. Paid the charges and took the vehicle home only to discover the oil change had not been performed. I specifically asked the oil change be done and Garland decided it wasn't to be done. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

This dealership has gone way downhill after being taken over by Shottenkirk. They can’t hold onto employees as it seems like every time I go in for service everyone in the service dept is new. They charg over by Shottenkirk. They can’t hold onto employees as it seems like every time I go in for service everyone in the service dept is new. They charge a ridiculous 140 dollar fee just to look at a broken seatbelt buckle and tell me I need to have it fixed. I knew that and I can get the part and do it myself cheaper than they can. By the way they don’t even have the part in stock. I will be taking my business to a different Toyota dealer from now on. I should get a refund as it didn’t take any diagnostic equipment to determine that a seatbelt buckle won’t buckle. More
I had to wait 10 o 15 minutes afer paying before vehicle was readyto go. This is a new experience tht I do not like. Also received a list of 5 expensiv fulshings tht I suspect ae coming from the SALES depa was readyto go. This is a new experience tht I do not like. I would not recommend it to anyone! The service was non existent after numerous trying on my part to get them to fix it ! The best fix they had for a front end alignment was to over inflate one side and un existent after numerous trying on my part to get them to fix it ! They told me they "made minor adjustments but it should drive straight " The check engine light would come on they would clear it, and before I could get home it was back on ! I had to go to auto zone to get a print out to show them what was wrong twice ! After having the truck 14 day ( 10 days the truck was in the shop) They finally gave up and put me in another vehicle the radio glitches ,changes channels, keeps asking if I want to reset the time on it ( every 30 seconds) I know they won't fix it so why bother? I've had it 11 days and hate it ! I don't want to trade it because they have already hit my credit score so many times they dropped my score ! More
